• Customers must provide accurate contact and travel information while making a reservation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.

2 Fares and Payments

• Fares are based on the selected vehicle, travel distance, duration, and applicable taxes.
• Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, permits, or extra waiting time may apply unless otherwise stated.
• Full or partial payment may be required before the commencement of the trip.

3 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Be present at the pickup location on time.
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
• Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
• Follow all applicable laws and safety regulations during the journey.

4 Driver and Vehicle

• Hubli Travels Pvt. will make every effort to provide the booked vehicle category. In exceptional circumstances, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided.
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior is abusive, unsafe, illegal, or poses a risk to others.

5 Delays and Force Majeure

Hubli Travels Pvt. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6 Liability
